A: Yes, I offer discounted packages for multiple sessions, if you are interested in this option feel free to speak with me directly! I also offer a $10 off discount for clients who refer someone to me that is able to be redeemed at their next session.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a receipt if you wish to submit it to your insurance for reimbursement.
Policies and Procedures
Q: What should I expect during my first visit?
A: During your first visit, you will fill out a brief intake form and have a consultation with me to discuss your goals and any areas of concern. This helps me tailor the session to your specific needs.
Q: What is your policy on package expiration?
A: Gift cards and packages are valid for five years from the date of purchase, as required by Michigan law. However, redeeming them within one year to take full advantage of current rates and services is recommended. After one year, gift cards and packages will still retain their original value, but any price differences for services will apply.
Q: Can I use my package or gift card after the expiration date?
A: Unfortunately, packages and gift cards cannot be used after the expiration date. I encourage clients to schedule their sessions in advance to ensure they can use their packages within the valid period.
During the Session
Q: What should I wear during my massage?
A: You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped at all times to ensure your privacy.
Q: Is it okay to talk during my massage?
A: Your comfort is my priority. If you prefer to talk, that's fine. If you prefer a quiet session, please let me know. I strive to create a relaxing environment that suits your preferences.

Post-Session
Q: What should I do after my massage?
A: I recommend drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. It's also beneficial to take it easy and avoid strenuous activities for the rest of the day.
